LCM is a copolymer Portland cement additive that, when applied to Portland cement, creates a product that can be more cost effectively used for repairing concrete pavement, sidewalks, driveways and stairs. It creates a repair compound that can be used as an overlay for severely spalled slabs, as an early and permanent joint repair, or as a permanent pot hole repair compound.
By adjusting the consistency of the mixed product it can also be used to repair vertical surfaces of bridgeworks and abutments.
It is water based environmentally safe, weather, abrasion, and UV resistant. It also is waterproof.
FlexKrete is an amazingly strong concrete repair product, with phenomenal adhesion characteristics. It gets 3-4 times harder than concrete, and can be returned to traffic in about an hour. It can be feather-edged or used in deep holes. Attaining compressive strengths of greater than 10,000 psi, it has the toughness to withstand extreme abuse without breaking apart or popping out. Some of the most severe, yet successful, applications are those of high-speed truck and car traffic, in freight terminals, with the scraping and crushing brutality of loaded fork lifts, and in areas where the concrete has been broken into small pieces.
